Sorry folks I have been so side tracked with my daughters Gradation (Which I went to almost 60 pounds lighter.) Yep that’s what I said, 60 POUNDS! God has delivered me, I feel like I have been let out of prison. I just had to stop by and give God some Glory.

I’m not so sure if any one but Him stops by here anymore LOL, but I thought I must update incase someone is out there in cyber space. I will definitely be posting my before and after pictures when I hit my goal of 100 lbs.

Have you hit one yet? That plateau where the scale just seems to be stuck at the same number for weeks at a time? If you're there, don't panic... it's only a temporary situation. Sometimes our bodies may get in a sort of "rut" and doing the same old, same old just seems to stop working. Eat something "bad". Sheri is on the Weight Watchers 1-2-3 plan, and although she has had a good deal of success, the last month or so was really tough for her. She says she was losing only a half a pound a week -- if anything -- instead of her usual pound or two. When she spoke to her Weight Watchers leader, they discovered Sheri was going just under her Points range some days. What did Sheri do? She headed to the nearest Burger King! Sheri swears by eating a hamburger once a week to stay on track. "The weight started coming off again, just like it did in the beginning. I guess the burger gives my metabolism a little boost. I can't believe I eat a Whopper on Weight Watchers

Burger King…. Yuck! ……she probable gets the runs once a week also and that’s why she’s losing weight…..LOL....but I’m not altogether in disagreement with the eat something bad idea  Maybe a big fat steak on the grill....yummy

Well I still can't blog I have to go shovel snow.....in April :(

Well since I’m snowed in I guess I will blog.

On the phone the other night my best friend said to me “It’s been the best of times and the worst of time” and I have to say that is fitting for my life right now. I’m not going to write about the worst of times because Gods got that and I’m not given dirt face any glory.  But I do want to share some of the best of times we have had since I last blogged.

My son got his first playing (paying) gig at one of our local restaurants 3 nights a week

He plays music during dinner …he is loving it and we are so proud of him.

My daughter lost over 20 lbs and because she wasn’t t over weight she now looks stunning and we have decided she can never leave the house again…LOL just kidding.

Well I am anyway…Richard I’m not so sure of.  She has just started to date and wow is it hard letting your baby go!  She just started her first job also after school…lots of changes going on for Ms Sharayah.

I think I have finally found my niche in church…I have always help out anywhere I’m needed and I do nursery and the bulletin board on a regular basis but I never found that place were I felt wow this is my calling.

We just started a program a few months ago called Angel food. (Working with food LOL only God!)

http://www.angelfoodministries.com/  This program is an organization that realized as Christians we have buying power and they buy food at a low cost because it is in bulk to help out low income families. So once a month I get to hand out boxes of food and love on people. There’re so many hurting people out there that need us and I’m so blessed God can use me in this way.  

My husband was blessed with a wonderful raise at work and that’s not to brag on him but on God because we know it all comes from Him and it all belongs to Him and that He is faithful to his word!

I’m still losing weight I’m down 2 pant sizes now. I have lost something every week since the beginning of January…. it is truly a testimony of deliverance!  

Maybe I will even get to put those before and after pictures up sooner then I thought.

Dirt face isn’t letting go so easy….he just don’t get it he’s lost so let’s hammer it over his head with some prayer!
